BC Dental Hygiene Fee Guide

We bill according to the BCDHA (British Columbia Dental Hygienists' Association) fee guide.
We understand that no one likes surprises, especially when it comes to cost of treatment! We are happy to provide treatment estimates prior to each appointment.
Payment
Payment in full is due 48 hours from invoicing.
We accept payment by E-Transfer. Visa and Mastercard coming soon!
Insurance
At this time, we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company - due to the Personal Information Protection Act we are unable to tell you your exact coverage, however as a courtesy we are happy to assist you in navigating your insurance coverage.
Upon payment, we are pleased to electronically submit your claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement directly to you!

The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) makes it easier for seniors to get the dental care they deserve. At Sage Dental Hygiene, we’re proud to accept CDCP with balance billing, giving eligible residents convenient, on-site professional care with lower out-of-pocket costs—because healthy smiles should never be out of reach.
What Is My Ccoverage?
A client's coverage level is based on annual household income. The coverage level will be included in your enrollment package. It will be either 40, 60 or 100 percent of the Canadian Dental Care Plan fee guide.
What Is Balance Billing?
Clients with Canadian Dental Care Plan coverage will be required to pay the difference between their CDCP coverage percentage and the current recommended provincial fee guide, as set by the British Columbia Dental Hygienist's Association (BCDHA)
